At Bright Sky Umbrella we have a number of policies and procedures which highlight steps needed to make a complaint or raise a grievance and these can be found in the employee handbook.
These policies are still relevant and will overlap with new policy on preventing sexual harassment in the workplace.
There is zero tolerance and all workers must be provided with a safe work environment. All behaviours that are of concern should be reported whether informally or formally.
All employees of Bright Sky Umbrella Limited have a responsibility to report any incident of sexual harassment, read our sexual harassment policy, be aware of the consequences of breaching the policy.
